Where The Last Camp matters is breadth: the pool of characters who benefit from worn Serpent Sight on a CHA / MR head piece is wider than it was on canonical EverQuest, since combinations like Iksar Cleric or Halfling Shadow Knight now exist and all benefit from the same stat profile.
The King Tranix encounter is open to any group capable of clearing the Solusek's Eye approach — no race or class gating applies.
