Fungus Covered Scale Tunic
Chest for War/Cle/Pal/Rng/SK/Dru/Mnk/Brd/Rog/Shm. Drops from froglok krup knight in Sebilis.
Drops from
Fungus Covered Scale Tunic — universally known as the "Fungi Tunic" — is the headline Kunark-era chest piece, dropped most reliably from the froglok krup knight and the myconid spore king in Sebilis. The defining feature is a permanent worn HP regeneration of 15 per tick, applied passively while equipped, with no class restriction on benefiting from the regen.
The tunic is among the most contested non-raid drops of the Kunark era, since the regen effect transforms downtime for any class that wears it. The trade-off is a -10 AGI / -10 DEX hit that matters more in cold theory than in practice — most players accept the cost because the regen up-time is the actual upgrade.
Why it matters
15 HP regen per tick means a wearer can recover health between pulls without a Cleric, Druid, or Shaman cycling group regen. For Monks especially, the tunic enables longer solo sessions in Kunark and Velious zones, since it covers the gap between Mend cooldowns and removes the need to feign and rest. For tanks, the regen reduces healer mana demand on chain pulls.
The Sebilis camp is the canonical farming location and one of the most commonly run group camps of the Kunark era. The fungi market on the bazaar has been a stable economic pillar of the era because demand outstrips the contested-camp drop rate by a wide margin. On The Last Camp the camp is preserved canonical, with the krup knight as the primary spawn target.

The Last Camp any-race-class note
Class restriction (War, Cle, Pal, Rng, SK, Dru, Mnk, Brd, Rog, Shm) is canonical and unchanged on The Last Camp — the open race / class system unlocks the class for the race, but the tunic's class list still applies. A Halfling Monk, an Iksar Druid, or a Vah Shir Shadow Knight can all equip it.
The Sebilis camp is open to any group that can reach Trakanon's Teeth and clear the entrance run. The Last Camp's open race / class system widens the pool of Monks (in particular) who would benefit from the tunic, since the canonical Iksar / Human Monk restriction no longer constrains who rolls the class.
