THE LAST CAMP

The Ring of Veeshan questline — universally VP Key — is the multi-dragon kill chain that unlocks Veeshan's Peak. The Kunark endgame gate, requiring raid-force-coordinated kills of the five Kunark wandering dragons.

Completing the VP Key is a guild-scale achievement. No solo character completes this.

Summary

  • Dragons required: Trakanon, Severilous, Talendor, Faydedar, and Gorenaire — the five Kunark wandering dragons.
  • Components: A tooth from each of the five dragons, assembled at the Ring-of-Veeshan turn-in NPC.
  • Reward: Ring of Veeshan (character-bound, key to VP).
  • Scale: 40-54+ player raid for each tooth kill.

The five teeth

1. Trakanon's Tooth

Kill Trakanon in Old Sebilis (or while wandering). The cornerstone of the chain — Trakanon is the largest of the five fights.

2. Severilous's Tooth

Kill Severilous in the Emerald Jungle. Open-jungle wandering dragon.

3. Talendor's Tooth

Kill Talendor in the Skyfire Mountains. Wandering dragon, sometimes contested with other guilds tracking him.

4. Faydedar's Tooth

Kill Faydedar in Timorous Deep. Underwater ocean dragon, wanders the open sea.

5. Gorenaire's Tooth

Kill Gorenaire in the Dreadlands. Open-zone wandering dragon, often contested.

Ring assembly

  1. Collect all five teeth — one from each dragon. Each tooth is character-bound on drop, so every keyholder needs their own set.
  2. Turn the teeth in at the Ring of Veeshan turn-in NPC.
  3. Receive the Ring of Veeshan. Key-bound to your character.
  4. Use the ring to enter VP. Zone in to Veeshan's Peak.

On The Last Camp

Active. GMs coordinate server-wide VP Key raids periodically to help multiple characters complete the chain. Individual guild-scale runs also happen, especially for the wandering dragons (Faydedar, Talendor, Gorenaire) where tracking and timing matter.

Notable components

Each dragon drops its tooth on a per-character basis. Save every tooth — they are individual key components, not raid loot, so every character on the kill needs the drop.
