Cabilis is the Iksar capital on Kunark, split into East Cabilis (necromancer, monk, beastlord, cleric guilds) and West Cabilis (warrior, shadow knight, shaman guilds). The two halves share a central market and are connected by an underground causeway.

Faction note
Iksar faction is hostile to almost every non-Kunark starting city. An Iksar leaving Kunark should expect long travel routes and faction grinding to enter most other cities.
