PoP Flagging
The Planes of Power progression chain. Every flag your character needs to reach Plane of Time.
PoP Flagging is the Planes of Power progression chain — a tiered sequence of kills and quest completions that unlock each subsequent plane and culminate in Plane of Time. On The Last Camp, flagging is canonical and unchanged — each flag is earned by beating the plane's gate boss.
This is the defining multi-week grind of PoP content. A full flagging playthrough takes weeks of raid nights.
Flag tier system
The Last Camp preserves the canonical tier structure. Each flag is earned by being in the zone when the plane's gate boss falls.
Tier 1 (entry tier)
Start here. Four parallel entry planes, each gated by its own boss:
- Plane of Justice flag — kill The Tribunal (the Council itself, end-of-zone judgment encounter).
- Plane of Disease flag — kill Grummus, the gate boss for further plague-tier progression. (Bertoxxulous is the lord of disease, but Grummus is the canonical PoD progression gate.)
- Plane of Innovation flag — kill Meldrath the Malignant, the gnomish clockwork master.
- Plane of Nightmares flag — kill Terris-Thule, the Dreamweaver.
Each tier-1 flag grants access to the next plane in its line.
Tier 2
- Plane of Valor flag — kill Aerin'Dar (PoV gate boss). Requires tier-1 completion.
- Plane of Storms flag — opens after tier-1 + PoV progression; leads into Bastion of Thunder.
- Bastion of Thunder flag — kill Agnarr (and the Storm Wakers — Tarew Marr / Karana raid). Requires PoV + PoS progression.
Tier 3
- Halls of Honor flag — clear the Tallon Zek / Vallon Zek Zek-brothers tier (and tier-specific HoH encounters). Requires PoV + BoT progression.
- Plane of Torment flag — kill Saryrn. Requires tier-2 completion.
- Plane of Tactics flag — kill Rallos Zek himself in the final raid encounter. Sits at the top of the Zek/HoH chain.
Tier 4 (elemental planes)
- Plane of Fire flag — kill Fennin Ro. Requires tier-3.
- Plane of Water flag — kill Coirnav. Requires tier-3.
- Plane of Air flag — kill Xegony. Requires tier-3.
- Plane of Earth flag (A and B) — kill the Rathe Council (formerly The Rathe).
Tier 5
- Plane of Time flag — requires ALL tier-4 elemental flags complete. Inside, Quarm is the final encounter (with Saryrn, Terris-Thule, Cazic-Thule, and others appearing as wave encounters on the A side).
How it works
- Each flag is character-bound. Flags are not shared with group members; every character needs their own.
- Flags are won by being in the zone during the named's death. Raid composition-based.
- The Last Camp preserves canonical flagging — no shortcut items, no cross-account sharing.
Chain estimate
- Tier 1: 2-4 raid nights.
- Tier 2: 4-8 raid nights (depends on guild experience).
- Tier 3: 4-8 raid nights.
- Tier 4: 8-16 raid nights (elemental planes are each a full raid).
- PoTime: gate fight, 1-3 raid nights.
Total: 3-8 weeks of dedicated raiding to complete flagging for one character.
Tips
- Stay active during flag nights. Missing a raid can put you one tier behind the guild.
- Don't skip flags. Prerequisite flags matter; you can't zone into Plane of Fire without the tier-3 flag.
- Keep good raid attendance. Guilds track attendance for flag runs.
On The Last Camp
Canonical preserved. Most guilds progress members through flagging in lockstep — the raid nights are scheduled to help everyone reach each tier together.
