Paladin Spells
Full canonical Paladin spell list for The Last Camp — TAKP/PoP era, 116 spells across heals, undead nukes, group symbols, and stuns.
Paladin spells are the holy melee hybrid's smaller-but-essential casting toolkit on The Last Camp. Through Planes of Power, the Paladin's 116-spell list focuses on the four pillars of the class: single-target healing for the group, undead-typed nukes (the only class line that scales heavily against undead), group HP/AC/MR Symbols, and stun/root for off-tank crowd control. Paladin casts share gem space with the melee gameplay loop, so spell selection at any tier is more about which gems to prioritize than which spells exist.
The Paladin spell book is mana-bound — unlike Bard songs, Paladin heals and Symbols draw real mana from a wisdom-scaled pool, and the class lives in the medium-mana zone where heal-chaining for an off-tank or Symbol-rotation for a raid forces wisdom and FT/mana-regen gear choices.

Spell line overview
Healing. Minor Healing → Light Healing → Healing → Greater Healing → Superior Healing is the core single-target heal ladder. The wave line — Wave of Life → Wave of Healing → Healing Wave of Prexus → Wave of Marr — adds AoE party heals at the high end, which is the Paladin's group-save tool on raid pulls. Lay on Hands is the iconic level-1 self-or-other full heal (1500 HP → 7500 HP at higher tiers via item upgrade), once per refresh window.
Group symbols. Symbol of Transal → Ryltan → Pinzarn → Naltron → Marzin is the group HP buff line. The "Brell's" line (Steadfast Aegis → Mountainous Barrier → Stalwart Shield) is the group AC line. Aura of the Crusader and Bulwark of Faith at 64/65 are the late-era major-buff "raid presence" toggles.
Undead nukes. Flash of Light → Hammer of Wrath → Halo of Light → Hammer of Striking → Flame of Light → Light of Life → Light of Nife is the holy-typed direct-damage line, scaling against undead targets. Expulse Undead → Dismiss Undead → Expel Undead → Deny Undead is the AoE undead-only nuke chain — Deny Undead at 62 is the era headliner. Banishment-style spells (Reanimation, Reconstitution, Reparation, Renewal, Restoration) are the Paladin's higher-mana alternative healing chain that doubles as undead damage.
Stun / root. Stun (level 30, instant 5-second stun on under-55 targets) is the Paladin's defining interrupt tool. Holy Might → Force of Akera → Force of Akilae extends the stun line. Root and Greater Immobilize cover off-tank pulls. Force, Frenzied Strength, and Heroic Bond at 64 hit damage + stun in one cast.
Self-buffs. Yaulp → Yaulp II → Yaulp III → Yaulp IV is the Paladin self-haste/AC stacking line — Yaulp IV at 60 is mandatory uptime for melee output. Holy Armor → Spirit Armor → Armor of Faith → Shield of Words is the self-AC line. Divine Aura at 51 and Divine Favor at 55 are the panic-button invulnerability toggles.
Cures and curse removal. Cure Poison/Disease → Counteract → Resist Poison/Disease/Magic, Remove Curse → Remove Greater Curse, Ethereal/Celestial/Supernal Cleansing for poison/disease cure, and Pacify/Calm/Quellious' Word of Tranquility/Serenity for the lull line.
Disciplines. Resistant Discipline, Fearless Discipline, Holyforge Discipline (undead burn), and Sanctification Discipline are the era's instant-cast Paladin burn buttons.

Class-specific quirks
Lay on Hands is a single-spell-slot ability that occupies a permanent gem from level 1 with no level-up upgrade — its potency increases via item, not spell scribing. The Paladin's stun line is class-defining: under-55 mobs are reliably interruptible, which makes Paladin pulls and AE-tank rotations much smoother than the equivalent Warrior or Shadow Knight setups. Group Symbols cannot be self-cast (they target group members, with the caster benefitting too) and stack with Cleric/Druid/Shaman buffs in their respective slots.
Holy-typed damage scales bonus against the undead body type, which means Paladin nukes and Hammers feel underwhelming on living targets and excellent in PoP undead zones (Plane of Hate revisited, Crypt of Decay, Plane of Disease). Yaulp is the only class self-haste line; uptime is mandatory in any melee parse.
The Last Camp any-race-class note
The Last Camp allows any race to roll Paladin, including Iksar, Troll, Ogre, Vah Shir, and Drakkin. The spell list itself is identical across races, but starting attributes shape the Paladin experience. An Iksar Paladin gets Iksar regen and AC bonus stacked on Yaulp uptime — strong sustain. An Ogre Paladin keeps frontal stun immunity and the 405 starting STR ceiling, which favors melee output over spell mana pool. Drakkin and Erudite Paladins will have higher INT/WIS pools and longer Symbol/heal chains before going OOM; expect their base mana ceiling to be 30 percent higher than a Half Elf or Human equivalent.
Spell vendors
Paladin spells are sold by Paladin guild trainers in every starting city through approximately level 50 (Felwithe, Qeynos, Freeport, Halas, Erudin, etc., depending on race/deity). From 51 onward, the primary vendors are in the Plane of Knowledge guild hall area, with PoP-zone specific trainers covering 61-65. A handful of high-tier spells (Aura of the Crusader, Bulwark of Faith, Wave of Marr) drop from PoP raid encounters rather than vendoring.
Scribing notes
Each spell scroll must be scribed individually — right-click the scroll while at or above the spell's required level. Scribing consumes the scroll. There is no auto-learn on level-up. Plan trainer visits at 9, 15, 22, 30, 35, 39, 44, 49, 50, and every level from 51 to 65. The level 1 entries (Lay on Hands) are auto-granted on creation.
