Leveling 50–60
The endgame runway. Sebilis, Chardok, Velious dungeons, Plane of Hate/Fear, Luclin XP grind, and Epic 1.0 chains.
Leveling 50-60 is the endgame runway. Your Epic 1.0 quest likely starts in this band. Raid guilds recruit actively. And the XP per level climbs — but so does the mob difficulty. Grouping is effectively mandatory.
This is also the band where Luclin opens up as a full-time XP option. Acrylia Caverns, Maiden's Eye, Akheva Ruins — Luclin's dungeons feed both XP and Velious-tier gear into your slots.

Levels 50-55
- Sebilis — the crown camp. Disco, Disco camp, Crypt, Tower, Trakanon's Teeth.
- Chardok — sarnak royals and beyond. Korucust loop, Royal camp.
- Karnor's Castle — still viable, still popular. Throne, Library.
- Velketor's Labyrinth — Velious illusionist's maze. Spider/snake camps.
- Plane of Hate — Innoruuk's domain, raid-trash camps for groups.
- Acrylia Caverns — Luclin grimling fortress, dense camps, key drops for Akheva.
Levels 55-60
- Sebilis (deep) — King's Court, upper named, Trak's lair.
- Kael Drakkel — Velious giant city. High-reward, faction-gated.
- Crystal Caverns (deep) — Velious cold-themed, named in the back.
- Skyshrine — Velious good-dragon city, raid-lite, faction-gated.
- Maiden's Eye — Luclin akhevan ruins, vampires, Shar Vahl-side hub.
- Akheva Ruins — Luclin endgame dungeon. Dense, group-mandatory.
- Plane of Fear — Cazic Thule's domain. Camps require pulling discipline.
Group composition
A typical 50-60 XP group on The Last Camp:
- Tank — Warrior preferred for pure aggro, Paladin for self-heal, SK for snap-aggro and FD pulling.
- Healer — Cleric for raid-grade healing, Druid for outdoor mobility, Shaman for slow + heals.
- Slow — Shaman or Enchanter. Mandatory at 55+.
- CC — Enchanter or Bard. Mandatory in dungeons; nice-to-have outdoors.
- DPS — Wizard, Magician, Necromancer, Rogue, Monk, Ranger, Bard. Two is plenty.
- Puller — Monk for FD, SK for FD, Bard for fade. Most groups draft from the DPS slot.
Key drops
Pieces worth chasing during 50-60:
- Tradeskill keys for Akheva Ruins — drop in Maiden's Eye and Acrylia. Gating loot for one of the best 55-60 dungeons.
- Velious-zone-named weapons — Crystal Caverns, Velketor's, and Kael Drakkel drop slot weapons that beat anything Kunark-era.
- Luclin caster gear — Akheva and Acrylia silk and chainmail outclass Cabilis cultural by a wide margin.
- Plane of Hate / Fear armor sets — class-specific armor sets (e.g., Iksar Plate, Marbled Robes) drop from PoH/PoF nameds.
- Resist gear — by 60 you want 75+ resists across the board for Velious dragon raids.
Epic 1.0
If you haven't started your Epic, do it now. Most Epic chains require multiple 55+ kills, several of which are guild-scale or queue-bound. Waiting until 60 is fine but compresses the window. See Epic Weapons 1.0.
Class Epic XP-vs-difficulty notes:
- Cleric, Druid, Shaman, Paladin, Ranger — moderate; mostly Kunark/Velious zones.
- Warrior, Monk, Rogue — long; trash-mob-grindy in Sebilis and Velious.
- Wizard, Mage, Necro, Enchanter — multiple raid-tier spawns.
- Bard — long but doable solo with effort.
- SK — heavily faction-dependent.
Raid scene opens fully
At 55+, you are eligible for most Classic-era raid content and much of Velious. Plane of Hate, Plane of Fear, Plane of Sky, Nagafen, Vox, and the Velious dragons (Vulak'Aerr, Klandicar, Sontalak) are all in range. The server's raid Discord is your primary recruitment channel.
Recruitment tips:
- Show up to a learning raid. Most guilds run open weekly clears; one trip is enough to be invited.
- Have your resists. No raid wants to drag a 25-MR Cleric into Plane of Fear.
- Have a backup loot set. Raid trash kills are slow; it's nice to swap to a regen set during clears.
- Listen on voice. The Last Camp raid guilds use Discord voice; mute mic and follow calls.
Common mistakes
- Soloing past 55 as a non-solo class. Group up or AA-tank in your downtime.
- Skipping resists. Plane of Fear's Cazic Thule wipes parties with poor resists.
- Burning through Sebilis camps without a Bard or Monk. The pulls are wide; a fade-puller saves the camp.
- Raid-loot greed in pickup raids. Random rolls and DKP rules are real. Read the rules before you whisper a master looter.
- Ignoring AA after 51. Raid leaders look at AA totals. A 60 with 0 AA is a 60; a 60 with 50 AA is a 60 with toolkit.
- Not feeding your pet. At 55 the pet's an actual tank-substitute. Hungry pet dies; group dies.
