Why it matters
The wristband is the wrist-slot companion to the better-known
Silver Chitin Hand WrapsSilver Chitin Hand WrapsArmor·SLOT: HANDSAC10STR+3AGI+3DEX+3HASTE+22%SV POIS+3SV MAGIC+3SV DIS+3SV FIRE+3SV COLD+3MAGICLORE, and it inherits the same era-correct accessibility profile — multi-camp drop list, no-drop-free, a price the bazaar can sustain. Its appeal is the stat density: 15 AC, 40 HP, +7 STR, +7 DEX in a wrist slot that classic-era melees usually filled with thin AC-only quest pieces. The HP and stat block alone justify the slot well into Velious for most of the listed classes, and a paired set of two wristbands doubles the contribution.
For Warriors, Paladins, Shadow Knights, and Rangers it is a clean tank-friendly stat upgrade; for Monks, Bards, and Rogues the +7 DEX feeds directly into proc rate and weapon hit chance. The class restriction list is the only meaningful gate — pure casters cannot equip it, which keeps the wristband off most cross-slot competition lists and stabilizes its bazaar pricing.

The Last Camp any-race-class note
The class restriction (War / Pal / Rng / SK / Mnk / Brd / Rog) is canonical and enforced at the item level on The Last Camp. The Last Camp's open class system widens the race pool of who can play those seven classes — an Ogre Monk, an Iksar Paladin, or a Halfling Shadow Knight all qualify if their character class is on the list. Pure caster combinations (Wizard, Magician, Necromancer, Enchanter, Cleric, Druid, Shaman) cannot equip the wristband regardless of race.
Because the camp drops at Feerrott, Velketor, and the Nightmoon and Underquarry sources are zone-spread rather than raid-gated, the wristband flows reliably onto the bazaar — accessible to any combination on the server through purchase rather than camp time, which matters most for the new combinations The Last Camp unlocks.
